Our online practice group provides our Coaching Graduates with:
- An opportunity to watch a live demonstration of a coaching conversation
- Split into groups of 3 and practice Coaching against the competencies, with feedback from a Peer
- Ask any questions about coaching that are arising from your Coaching Practice
The Online Coaching Practice Group is FREE for current participants of our Coaching Qualification Courses. We charge a minimal cost to attend post-graduation ($10 per event).
Below is a short online lesson as either an introduction, or refresher on the International Coach Federation Coach Competencies for those attending. The refresher includes an audio recording of a coaching session. The basics of the ICF Competencies will not be covered in the Practice group so we assume that you understand these if you are attending. This lesson is provider as a refresher.
